Fashioning Neighborhood Amenities
For Good Life

Sidewalks and Nature Trails - Wide, safe sidewalks beckon you outside for neighborly encounters while you are strolling, jogging, and biking. Our New Traditional design highlights this feature, enhanced by a network of peaceful nature trails.

Extending a sense of home across lot lines is a big reason folks enjoy living in a friendly neighborhood. Neighbors not only share the physical amenities they walk to, they also share each other's friendship and a sense of community. Connecting people has a profound and positive effect on society and the quality of life.

In keeping with such classic social principles, Maxwell Springs will provide neighborhood amenities to add simple pleasures to everyday living and foster family friendships. Each amenity will add depth to the framework of community as well as sanctuary and good living, without diminishing the charm of our natural setting.

Here are several amenities already designed for Phase One of Maxwell Springs. More neighborhood benefits will soon come as Maxwell Springs matures. Residents can expect exciting enhancements in conjunction with the planned "Town Center" and structures for play and gathering located about the neighborhood.

The Recreation and Learning Center - A pool with ample decking for sunning and family pool outings will have every feature needed for festive events and entertaining, which will make gatherings convenient day or night. Integrated with the pool facility will be our neighborhood Learning Center designed for clubs, socials, or other indoor gatherings.
Twin Cedars Park - Along with other green spaces, playgrounds, and neighborhood parks, we've designated Twin Cedars Park as permanent open space for our residents. There's room to play, picnic, or just enjoy a daily stroll.
Pavilion At Twin Cedars - An aesthetic and functional feature situated at the head of Twin Cedars Park to draw families outside for enjoyment. Other inviting structures will populate the neighborhoods for play and for bringing neighbors together.
