We're part of a national renaissance movement of "Traditional Neighborhood Developments". As such, Maxwell Springs is the product of enlightened development and historical planning principles.

Our classic neighborhood planning calls for a return to a walkable scale; the planned interaction among neighbors; and the architecture of the whole, where all design elements---streetscapes, public places, and housing structures--- meld into a unified picturesque scene. We've designed a neighborhood based on a philosophy and principles intended to create "Your Neighborhood For Life"

Designing A Hometown Neighborhood That Works

Our comprehensive master plan came to life in 1999 at the end of an intensive team process.
