Learning the skills of fine carpentry, then all aspects of building a house from the ground up from his father, builder Bobby Uldrick, Johnny earned a solid foundation in hands-on home construction. After graduating with a degree in business administration from Lander University in 1975, Johnny made his career in his father's business until his father's retirement in 1992. Since then, Johnny has continued the long Uldrick tradition of building highest quality homes for demanding clientele.

Over the course of his career, Johnny developed a sound philosophy of business based on integrity, honesty and old-fashioned work ethic.
